Chicken Korma

Ingredients for making chicken korma for 4-5 people

Chicken – 1kg
Oil – 500g
Curd – 250g
Onion – 500g
Korma masala – 1 packet
Red Chilli Powder – 3 Tablespoon
Coriander Powder – 50g
Garam Masala Powder – 1 Tablespoon
Kewada Water – 1 small spoon
Garlic Paste – 4 Tablespoon
Ginger Paste – 4 Tablespoon
Turmeric – 1 Tablespoon
Cashew nuts – 50g
Salt to taste

Recipe:-

1. Wash the chicken thoroughly, heat oil in a pan.
2. Then put chicken in it.
3. After the onions are light brown in oil, we will grind them in the mix.
4. In the chicken, we will add all the spices that will put yogurt, salt, coriander powder, onions, garlic paste, and ginger paste.
5. Cook on a light flame in the oil for about 30 minutes, stirring it with a spoon (so that Korma does not stick)
6. Cook the chicken until it cooks completely
7. Fry cashew nuts in oil and mix it in the chicken.
8. After cooking, the Kavada will pour water.
9. Now your chicken korama is ready

Chicken Biryani

Chicken Biryani 5-6 Ingredients to prepare for: –

Biryani Rice-1kg
Chicken – 1 kg
Oil / Ghee – 250g
Onion (finely chopped) – 300g
Ginger Paste – 4  Tablespoon
Garlic Paste – 4 Tablespoon
Coriander Powder – 2 Tablespoon
Long – 15 to 16 bud
Black pepper – 5g
Cinnamon – 4 medium size
Small cardamom – 15 to 20 steep
Nutmeg – half a spoon (powder)
Javatri – Pinch filled
Donda Cardamom – 2
Faster Address – 5 – 6
Royal Cumin – 1 Tablespoon
Cumin – 1 tablespoon
Curd – 50 grams
Milk – 200ml
Green Chilli – 4 to 5
Salt to taste


Method of making chicken biryani: –

1. First of all we will wash the chicken and then take oil again. He will heat it in the patila, we will brown the onion first.
2. After that, remove it and keep it in a different plate.
3. Then after adding oil in the same oil and adding the cumin and Shahi cumin seeds to the patila.
4. After that, long, cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, jawthri and donda will grind the flour in cardamom, and fry it in oil.
5. Then add green chilli (only tore in the middle) in this oil, add ginger and garlic paste.
6. Mix them all 10 minutes after 10 minutes and add chicken in it.
7. Add salt (according to the taste) with this coriander powder.
8. Yogurt will be placed after 10 minutes.
9. Cook until the water is dry, put the rice in boiled water and keep it for five minutes with water, wash the rice with plain water (please keep it in the lime).
10. Mix the rice in chicken and prepared spices and then add milk to it.
11. Packing the lid well with the lid in the petal (not steam).
12. Keep it for 30 minutes on a low flame, then mix it well with the spoon and keep brown onions
13. (do not mix onion) and keep it aside for 5 minutes to a low flame.
14. Now your Biryani is ready.
Chutney (Mint, Green Coriander, Green Chilli, Garlic, Salt, Curd) as per the requirement

Chicken Kabab

Chicken Kabab Ingredients: –

Chicken minced meat – 500 g
chickpeas dal – 250 gms
Long – 5-6 buds
Black pepper – 10-12 grains
Cinnamon – 3-4 pieces (medium sized)
Cardamom – 6-7
Onion – 100 gms
Ginger – 1 Tbsp
Garlic – 1 Tbsp
Green chili-6 to 7
Green coriander – 10 to 15 gms
Salt to taste


Recipe:-

1. Grind lentil gram in a cooker.
2. Wash the chicken mince once in the Plate. 
3. Then add lentils, cloves, black pepper, cinnamon, cardamom, onion, ginger, and garlic, salt, mix them in a mixer and take it 4. out in a vessel and then cut green chilies, green coriander turn.
5. Now add chicken minced green chilies, green coriander mixed in the mixer of that spice.
6. Now you can learn to make kabab either by taking a coal-fired cigar or making a Chicken kabab by making a paste on the pan.
7. And you can make kabab like you

Mutton Korma

Ingredients for making meat korama for 4-5 people

Meat – 1kg
Oil-500g
Curd – 250g
Onion – 500g
Korma masala – a packet
Red Chilli Powder – 3 Tablespoons
Coriander Powder – 50 grams
Garam Masala Powder – 1 Tablespoon
Kewada Water – One small spoon
Garlic Paste – 4 Tablespoons
Ginger Paste – 4 Tablespoons
Turmeric – one spoon
Cashew nuts – 50 grams
Salt to taste

 

Recipe:-

5. Cook on low flame in oil for about one hour, stirring it with a spoon (so that Korma does not stick)
6. Cook the meat until it is cooked completely
7. Fry cashews in oil and mix it in the meat.
8. After cooking, the Kavada will pour water.
Now you can get rid of meat korama.
