1. Introduction
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the rules related to order cancellation, refunds, replacements, and claims for purchases made from NonVegAdda. By placing an order on our website or platform, customers agree to comply with the terms outlined in this policy.
As NonVegAdda deals with fresh and perishable food items, strict policies are followed to ensure product safety, quality, and fair service.
2. Order Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their order within 10 minutes of order confirmation.
If a cancellation request is made within this time period, the order may be cancelled successfully.
Once 10 minutes have passed after order confirmation, the order will be considered processed and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
This policy is implemented because food products begin preparation and processing shortly after an order is confirmed.
3. No Refund Policy
NonVegAdda follows a strict NO REFUND POLICY.
Refunds are not allowed under normal circumstances due to the perishable and customized nature of the food products we provide.
All purchases made through NonVegAdda are considered final once the order has been processed and delivered.
4. Exceptional Cases (Damage or Quality Issues)
In rare cases where customers receive products that are:
- Damaged during delivery
- Spoiled
- Spilled
- Incorrect item delivered
- Severely compromised in quality
The customer may submit a complaint for review.
5. Mandatory Video Proof Requirement
To ensure authenticity of complaints, customers must provide:
A clear and continuous video recording of the package opening.
The video must clearly show:
- The sealed package before opening
- The complete unboxing process
- The condition of the products inside
The video must be recorded in a single continuous shot without edits.
This video must be shared with NonVegAdda within 2 hours of delivery.
Claims submitted without proper video proof may not be considered.
6. Claim Verification & Management Decision
All claims will be reviewed and verified by the NonVegAdda support team and management.
If the provided video and details are verified and approved by the concerned authorities of NonVegAdda, the company may choose to:
- Provide a replacement product
- Issue a partial or full refund
Such actions will be taken only at the sole discretion of NonVegAdda management.
Submission of a claim does not guarantee approval of refund or replacement.
7. Fraud Prevention
NonVegAdda reserves the right to reject claims that appear fraudulent, misleading, or unsupported by valid proof.
Accounts involved in repeated fraudulent claims may be restricted, blocked, or subject to legal action.
