These Delivery Terms & Conditions govern the purchase, delivery, and handling of products ordered from NonVegAdda through our website, application, or any other ordering platform. By placing an order with NonVegAdda, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms stated below.
NonVegAdda reserves the right to update, modify, or change these terms at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to review these terms periodically.
2. Service Area
Currently, NonVegAdda provides delivery services within Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh and nearby serviceable areas as determined by the company.
Delivery availability may vary depending on:
- Delivery location
- Weather conditions
- Operational capacity
- Local restrictions or unforeseen circumstances
NonVegAdda reserves the right to refuse or cancel delivery to certain locations at its sole discretion.
3. Nature of Products
NonVegAdda deals with perishable food products, which may include:
- Fresh meat products
- Marinated or customized items
- Ready-to-cook products
- Frozen products
Some products may be supplied in frozen or chilled condition to maintain quality, freshness, and safety during transport.
Customers acknowledge and accept that temperature, texture, and appearance may vary slightly due to storage and transportation conditions.
4. Order Confirmation
Orders are considered confirmed only after:
- Successful order placement on the website or platform
- Confirmation by NonVegAdda through system notification, email, or message
- Successful payment (for prepaid orders)
NonVegAdda reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect pricing
- Delivery limitations
- Suspicious or fraudulent transactions
In such cases, refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to company policy.
5. Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines provided during checkout are estimated only and may vary due to:
- Traffic conditions
- Weather
- Operational constraints
- High order volume
- Local restrictions
NonVegAdda will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe but does not guarantee exact delivery times.
The company shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.
6. Customer Responsibility at Delivery
Customers must ensure that:
- Someone is available to receive the order at the provided delivery address.
- The contact number provided is active and reachable.
- Delivery instructions, if any, are clearly mentioned at the time of order.
If the delivery attempt fails due to:
- Customer unavailability
- Incorrect address
- Non-responsive phone number
The order may be cancelled without refund, especially in the case of perishable food items.
7. No Return / No Exchange Policy
Due to the perishable and customized nature of food products, NonVegAdda strictly follows a:
NO RETURN
NO EXCHANGE
policy once the product has been delivered and accepted by the customer.
This policy applies to all products including:
- Fresh meat items
- Customized cuts or portions
- Marinated products
- Frozen items
Customers are requested to review their order carefully before confirming purchase.
8. Order Inspection at Delivery
Customers are strongly advised to:
- Check the package condition at the time of delivery.
- Ensure that the package is properly sealed.
Once the order is accepted by the customer, it shall be considered successfully delivered and verified.
NonVegAdda will not be responsible for any issues reported after the order has been accepted without proper documentation.
9. Claims & Complaint Policy
In case of any complaint regarding:
- Damaged packaging
- Incorrect item
- Quality concerns
- Missing items
The customer must follow the claim procedure below.
Mandatory Requirement for Claims
To verify authenticity and investigate complaints, customers must provide:
A clear, continuous video recording of the box/package opening from the moment the sealed package is opened.
The video must clearly show:
- Sealed packaging before opening
- The process of opening the package
- The contents inside the package
This video must be submitted to NonVegAdda within 2 hours of delivery.
Without this uninterrupted box opening video, claims may not be considered.
10. Claim Evaluation
All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Submission of a video does not guarantee approval of a claim. NonVegAdda reserves the right to:
- Approve the claim
- Reject the claim
- Offer partial compensation
- Offer replacement (only if deemed appropriate)
The final decision will rest solely with NonVegAdda management.
11. Storage Responsibility
Once the order is delivered, the customer becomes responsible for proper storage of the product.
Customers must ensure:
- Immediate refrigeration for fresh items
- Freezing of frozen products if not consumed immediately
NonVegAdda will not be responsible for quality deterioration due to improper storage after delivery.
12. Limitation of Liability
NonVegAdda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
- Consumption of products after improper storage
- Allergic reactions or dietary restrictions
- Delay in delivery due to external factors
- Misuse or mishandling of products by customers
Customers are advised to consume products responsibly and according to proper food handling practices.
13. Force Majeure
NonVegAdda shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in fulfilling obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Pandemic or health emergencies
- Transport disruptions
- Labor issues
- Power failures
14. Fraud Prevention
NonVegAdda reserves the right to:
- Refuse service to customers involved in fraudulent claims
- Blacklist accounts involved in abuse of claim policies
- Take legal action if fraudulent activity is detected
15. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
