Choosing the right quantity of chicken helps avoid wastage and ensures enough food for everyone. Generally, 500g of chicken is suitable for two people, 1kg can serve around three to four people, and 1.5kg or more is ideal for family meals or gatherings.

Different chicken recipes require different cooking times depending on the method used. Chicken curry generally takes 25 to 30 minutes to cook properly. Chicken fry may take 15 to 20 minutes, while grilled or roasted chicken typically requires 20 to 25 minutes. For dishes like chicken biryani, the cooking process may take around 40 to 45 minutes for the best flavor.

Cooking chicken properly can make your meals more delicious and flavorful. Marinating chicken for 30 minutes to overnight allows the spices and flavors to penetrate deeply into the meat. When frying or cooking chicken, use medium heat to ensure the meat remains juicy and tender. After grilling or roasting, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving to retain its juices.

NonVegAdda provides different chicken cut options to suit various cooking needs. Small cuts are ideal for curries and quick cooking dishes. Medium cuts are perfect for biryani and traditional Indian recipes. Large cuts work best for grilling, roasting, or making tandoori dishes. Customers can select their preferred cut size while placing their order.
