    • 500 grams mutton (bone-in or boneless)

    • 2 medium onions (finely chopped)

    • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

    • 2–3 green chilies (slit)

    • 10–12 curry leaves

    • 3 tbsp oil (preferably coconut oil)

    Spices:
    • 1 tsp turmeric powder

    • 2 tsp red chili powder

    • 1 tsp black pepper powder

    • 1 tsp coriander powder

    • ½ tsp cumin powder

    • 1 tsp garam masala

    • Salt to taste

    Other Ingredients:
    • ½ cup grated fresh coconut

    • 1 tbsp lemon juice

    • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

     Step-by-Step Cooking Process

    Step 1: Pressure Cook the Mutton

    Start by cleaning the mutton properly. In a pressure cooker, add mutton along with turmeric, salt, and a little water. Cook for 3-4 whistles until the mutton becomes soft and tender. This step ensures your mutton fry recipe cooks faster and stays juicy.
