Ingredients for Lemon Pepper Fish:
- Fish fillets – 500g
- Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
- Freshly crushed black pepper – 1½ tsp
- Garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Ginger paste – ½ tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Cornflour – 1 tbsp
- All-purpose flour (maida) – 1 tbsp
- Oil – 2–3 tbsp
- Butter – 1 tbsp
- Fresh coriander – 1 tbsp

Method:
- Wash the fish fillets and pat them completely dry.
- Mix lemon juice, black pepper, garlic, ginger, and salt. Marinate the fish for 15–20 minutes.
