Chicken fry is a quick and delicious dish that is perfect as a snack or side dish with meals.
Ingredients:
- 500g chicken (small cut pieces)
- 2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
- Curry leaves
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Salt to taste
How to Prepare:
Marinate the chicken pieces with ginger garlic paste, turmeric, chilli powder, pepper, and salt for about 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and add curry leaves. Once fragrant, add the marinated chicken and cook on medium heat. Stir occasionally and fry until the chicken becomes golden brown and slightly crispy.
Serve hot with lemon wedges and sliced onions.
